This comfortable resort with a warm, western theme is located two miles from the City of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, on Pine Grove Circle, which connects with U.S. Highway 40. There are studio, one- bedroom, and two-bedroom units in the VI program. All are located in Phase 1. The Phase 2 condominiums are not available to VI Owners. The common areas are shared and include a recreation building with racquetball, locker room, steam room, sauna, indoor spa and swimming pool, outdoor spa and seasonal swimming pool, multi-purpose room with kitchen, and a game room. Off-site (but nearby) amenities include skiing, tennis, golf, hot springs, bike trails, shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
