Late Arrivals:	Instructions will be posted on the Check-in Office door for guests arriving after office hours.
Check-in/out:	Check-in Time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out Time: 11:00 a.m. All check-in and management functions are handled by onsite personnel who manage both the VI and non-VI units. If you have any questions or concerns, the staff will be happy to assist you. A $50.00 refundable deposit, credit card imprint only, is required at check-in for all Owners and guests. Cash or checks will not be accepted.

Occupancy limits apply to all ages including infants. Access may be denied for non-compliance. If alternate accommodations cannot be found, a $50.00 fee, per day, per person over the limit will be assessed.

Room Requests: Advance requests for specific units cannot be accepted.

Non-Smoking Policy: Effective August 1, 2005, all VI units - including decks, lanais, and patios - are smoke-free. A $250.00 fee will be assessed for noncompliance. Thank you for your cooperation.

Rollaway beds and baby equipment are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis, and rates are subject to change. To reserve, please contact Vacation Internationale Owner Services, at 1.800.444.6633.

Parking: Parking is limited to one vehicle per condominium in the underground garage.

Access: There are no elevators in Phase 1 where the VI condos are located. A minimum of 8-10 stairs must be climbed to reach any unit. Two bedroom units have interior spiral stairs.

Housekeeping/Maintenance Service: Upon your arrival, you will find your unit clean and ready for occupancy. Mid-stay cleans are provided for guests staying nine (9) nights or more. There is no linen change or towel change provided for guests staying fewer than nine nights, unless specifically requested. If you require additional maid service, you will be charged the current rate for these services. This charge will appear on your next monthly statement. Review maid points and prevailing rates for more information.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED on property nor in any Vacation Internationale condominium. A $350 fine will apply for non-compliance.

Directions

The Village at Steamboat is located approximately three miles south of downtown Steamboat Springs, off U.S Hwy 40. The easiest way to get to the resort, whether you are coming from downtown Steamboat or approaching from the south, is to use the Mt. Werner Road Exit off Hwy 40.

As you travel west on U.S. Hwy 40 from Denver via Rabbit Ears Pass

Take Mt. Werner Road Exit off Hwy 40.
Turn right onto Mt. Werner Road and travel approx 1/4 mile to Pine Grove Road.
Turn right onto Pine Grove Road and travel approx 1/4 mile to the entrance of The Village at Steamboat.
Turn right and proceed to the Check-in Office, located in the Clubhouse, on the right.

As you travel east on U.S. Hwy 40 from downtown Steamboat

Take Mt. Werner Road Exit off Hwy 40.
Turn left and proceed under the freeway, approx 1/4 mile to Pine Grove Road.
Turn right onto Pine Grove Road and travel approx 1/4 mile to the entrance of The Village at Steamboat.
Turn right and proceed to the Check-in Office, located in the Clubhouse, on the right.

From Denver

I-70 west to Silverthorne (70 miles).
Hwy 9 north to Kremmling (40 miles).
Hwy 40 west to Steamboat (50 miles).
