Renovations:
Pool Closure: Please be advised the pool will be closed December & January for annual maintenance. The tennis & pickleball court will remain open during this time.
Hallway Renovation: Guest corridor renovation will begin mid-November 2024 and continue through March of 2025. Work will begin at 9am daily Monday - Friday, with occasional work on the weekends. Every effort will be made to minimize inconvenience and noise.

Road Closures/Resort Access:
In preparation for the Las Vegas Grand Prix Formula 1 (F1) Race in November, there are planned road closures on Harmon Ave between Audrie Lane and Koval Lane, scheduled to be on and off from September 1 – December 25, 2024.
All traffic will enter/exit the property via the main entrance, accessed via Las Vegas Blvd (The Strip), heading east on Harmon Ave., immediately past The Marriott’s Grand Chateau.
The Carriage House’s secondary entrance/exit (located at the back of the property) on Audrie Lane will remain closed to traffic thru mid-December.

SPECIAL EVENT:
Formula 1 will be in Las Vegas November 21st - 23rd, 2024.
Important:
- Only 1 car parking spot per unit. No RV parking or large vehicle parking will be available.
- Closer to your arrival date additional information will be conveyed providing road closures that will restrict access to the property and race times.
- With the anticipated road closures, barriers in place and traffic congestions, we suggest you be prepared to walk to any restaurants, casinos or other activities. 2025 information will be updated once the race for this year has been completed.
Check-in requirement: One guest in the party checking-in must be 21 years of age or older.
Emotional Support Animals are not allowed at this resort. Only Service Animals are allowed.
Unit size: Studio units are approximately 340 sq. ft, one-bedroom units are approximately 690 sq. ft., and two bedroom units are approximately 1390 sq. ft.
Kitchen/Kitchenette: Studio units feature a kitchenette equipped with a coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster and two (2) burner cook top (No oven). One bedroom units feature either a kitchenette or a full kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, stove/oven and dishwasher. Two bedroom units offer a full kitchen.
Location: The resort is located in the heart of Las Vegas. Nightlife and traffic in the area can generate a high level of noise.

Front desk: The front desk functions are performed by the Carriage House staff.

Reservations cannot have a check-in date of December 31.Third-party Management: This resort location is managed by a third party, not VI.

- The Fitness room is available from 6am-10pm
- The Front Desk is available 24 hours a day.
- The Business Center is available 24 hours a day.
- Laundry facilities are located on the 9th floor. App or credit card accepted.
Tennis and Pickle Ball Courts are available for owners to reserve (free for owners). Court hours are 8am-10pm. There are paddles and racquets available for rent (free for owners). Tennis and Pickleball lessons are available for a fee. Fees and hours are subject to change;check with the front desk at the resort for the most up to date information.
- Fees/Taxes
Fines: The following fines will be assessed for non-compliance.
Over-occupancy Policy: $50.00 per person, per night. Occupancy limits apply to all ages including infants.
No Pet Policy: $350.00. Pets are not allowed at VI Resorts.
No Smoking Policy: $500.00. Smoking and vaping (tobacco or Cannabis) are not allowed in rooms, on decks, lanais or patio.
Late Check-Out Policy: $25.00. Charged every half hour after check-out time of 11:00am.
