Emergency Info
Door Lock Replacement

Starting November 4th, the Embarcadero Resort will begin the project of installing new locks on all the doors. This project is expected to take 7-10 days. During the lock installation period a lock technician and an Embarcadero Staff Member will be installing the new lock. The installation takes 15-30 minutes. New keys will be provided to you when the new lock is installed.During this 7-10 day project there may be some construction noise between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Renovation/Construction Projects
Renovations around the resort

  • A restoration project is currently underway on the far west side of the boardwalk. This area is closed to all traffic until project is complete. The D and E ramp and walk way are blocked off. Please use the C dock ramp to access the D and E docks.

24/25 Renovations

An interior paint and carpet renovation project is planned (on a rolling schedule) from 3/1/25-4/15/25 in the K, L and P buildings at The Embarcadero.

Resort Info

The VI check-in office is ½ mile from the Embarcadero Resort.

Off-Site Check-in Location: 256 E Olive St. (Hwy20) Space B.

Office Hours: Daily: 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

On-site Restaurant: The Myril Eatery & Wine Bar is now open.

DINNER: 4PM - 8PM

SUNDAY BRUNCH: 10AM - 2PM

Age Restriction: It is required that at least one person be 21 years of age or older to check-in and occupy the unit.

Access:  The Embarcadero Resort has numerous flights of stairs and no elevators.

  • Lobby: There are ramps to the lobby. 
  • 2 Bedroom units (2 Br) have stairs leading to the unit and interior stairs.
  • 2 Bedroom EZ Access units (2 Br EZ) do not have stairs leading to the unit but have interior stairs.  There is a bedroom and bath on the main floor.  If you have medical needs, you may wish to specifically reserve an easy-access unit.

EZ Access Unit: If you have specific accommodation needs due to mobility or accessibility, please contact your Owner Services representative at 1.800.444.6633 to discuss your options. Due to the age and the structure of the building some units are not accessible for guests with mobility issues.

EZ Access Unit offer roll-in showers.

Fitness Center at the Embarcadero is open 7:30 am-10:00 pm daily.

Fireplace: All condominiums are equipped with an electric fireplace.

Internet access is available in the condominiums and the resort lobby.

Parking: RV's and Trailers (boat, travel, utility, etc.) are not allowed to park at the Embarcadero Resort. Parking is allowed on Bay Blvd., west of the resort. 

Our property does not have charging stations for electric vehicles available. Owners can use the link below to help search for the nearest charging station:

Resort Activities

Shellfish Information:

Crabbing:

  • A Shellfish License can be purchased at online at www.odfw.com.
  • Equipment rental available at The Embarcadero Marina Office lobby.
  • Crab cookers (boiling pots) available on the dock.

The Oregon Department of Agriculture's (ODA) shellfish biotoxin hotline is toll free and is updated immediately when shellfish toxins reach the alert level. The hotline is your best source for up-to-date clam, crab, and mussel closure information. ​

Boat rentals: Fees apply

*Resort activities and fees are subject to change at any time due to weather conditions, group sizes, interest and/or season. See resort for times and availability at check-in.

Fees/Taxes

Fines: The following fines will be assessed for non-compliance.

Over-occupancy policy: $50.00 per person, per night. Occupancy limits apply to all ages including infants.

No pet policy: $350.00. Pets are not allowed at VI Resorts. 

No smoking policy: $350.00. Smoking and vaping (tobacco or Cannabis) are not allowed in rooms, on decks, lanais or patio.

Late check-out policy: $25.00. Charged every half hour after check-out time of 11:00am.
