Common Area Carpet Project:
The carpet in the corridors, stairwells, elevator and lobbies of Building II is being replaced Sept 15 - Oct 13, 2025.
Third Floor: 9/15/-9/20, 8AM-7PM
Second Floor: 9/29-10/4, 8AM-7PM
First Floor: 10/4-10/13, 8AM-7PM
Access to the elevator will be disrupted 9/15-9/17 while they recarpet the elevator and South stairwell and again 10/4-10/13 while the first floor is being carpeted. Access to the ice machine and lending library will also be disrupted while carpeting the first floor.
Fireplace Service:Oct 13, the fireplaces in Building I will be cleaned and serviced. We will contact any guests that this affects prior to their arrival to schedule access to their fireplaces.

The Homestead Farms Golf Course has closed.
Steakhouse 9 and Homestead Fitness Center are open.
EZ Access Unit: If you have specific accommodation needs due to mobility or accessibility, please contact your Owner Services representative at 1.800.444.6633 to discuss your options. Due to the age and the structure of the building some units are not accessible for guests with mobility issues.
The resort offers only two (2) EZ Access Units: one ground floor & one on the 3rd floor next to the elevator; each with one bedroom and one bathroom.
EZ Access Unit offer roll-in showers & lowered beds.
Unit Access: All upper floor units are accessible via an elevator located in Building 2. Building 1 and 2 are connected by a pedestrian sky bridge.

Anyone under 17 must swim while a lifeguard is on duty per WA state law.
Family Swim (Lifeguard on duty):
Mon/Wed/Fri: 4PM – 8PM
Sat/Sun: 12PM - 5PM
No Family Swim Tue/Thur
Adults (17+ ID required):
Mon-Fri: 5AM - 9:45PM
Sat/Sun: 7AM - 9:45PM

Bicycles are available to rent at the front desk between 9:30am and 5:00pm. $5 for up to two hours per bike. (Seasonally - Spring and Summer) Bikes have been put away for the winter
- Fees/Taxes
Deposit: A $100.00 credit card authorization is required at check-in for all Owners and Guests. No cash accepted.
Fines: The following fines will be assessed for non-compliance.
Over-occupancy policy: $50.00 per person, per night. Occupancy limits apply to all ages including infants.
No pet policy: $350.00. Pets are not allowed at VI Resorts.
No smoking policy: $350.00. Smoking and vaping (tobacco or Cannabis) are not allowed in rooms, on decks, lanais or patio.
Late check-out policy: $25.00. Charged every half hour after check-out time of 11:00am.
$50.00 after-hours lock out fee. Please make sure you have your key or key bracelet with you at all times.
$1.00 additional key bracelet fee
$25.00 lost or damaged pool towels fee
Bike rental- $5.00 for 2 hours per bike
Accommodations/Lodging Tax: As required by state and local regulations, this nightly tax rate is based on condominium size and season and charged at the current rate upon arrival.
