Resort Info

Registration:  A $50 USD credit card or $200 USD cash deposit, where accepted, is required at check-in for incidentals. Must have valid photo identification and cardholder must be present. Minimum age is 21 to check in.

Pets Policy:

• Up to 2 dogs (breed restrictions) allowed, not exceeding a combined weight of 60lbs.
• A non-refundable fee of $150 will be charged upon check-in.
• An additional $150 pet deposit is required and will be refunded upon no damage to unit. Service animals are exempt from fees.
• Pets cannot be left unattended.
• Contact resort directly if you plan on bringing a pet or have additional questions - see check-in brochure for contact info.

Third-party management and sales:  VI does not manage this resort.

Fees/Taxes

Fines: The following fines will be assessed for non-compliance.

• Over-occupancy policy: $50.00 per person, per night. Occupancy limits apply to all ages including infants.
• No smoking policy: $500.00. Smoking (tobacco or cannabis, including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited in units, as well as on the lanais, decks, balconies, and pools.
• Check-in/Check-out policy: Check in is at 4PM; Check out is at 10AM.

Accommodations/Lodging Tax: As required by state and local regulations, this nightly tax rate is based on condominium size and season and charged at the current rate upon arrival.
