Check-Out Time: The check-out time is 11:00 am.

Late Check-in: Please contact the front desk at (928) 204-3300 for instructions prior to your arrival.

Laundry: Units are not equipped with washer and dryer. The resort Laundry is located in the Guest Registration office and is open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm daily. Complimentary linen and towel changes will be offered upon request.

Emotional Support Animals are not allowed at this resort. Only Service Animals are allowed.

Partial Kitchen: All units have a partial kitchen consisting of refrigerator (full size 1 bedrooms and bar size in studios), microwave oven, electric cooktop, blender, toaster, dishwasher and a coffee maker.

Parking: There is one (1) parking space available per unit which may only be used during your stay. Oversized RVs are not permitted on property at any time.

Internet access: Wifi is available in each condominium.

Third-party Management:  This resort location is managed by a third party, not VI.

Fees/Taxes

Fines: The following fines will be assessed for non-compliance.

Over-occupancy Policy: $50.00 per person, per night. Occupancy limits apply to all ages including infants.

No Pet Policy: $350.00. Pets are not allowed at VI Resorts.

No Smoking Policy: $350.00. Smoking and vaping (tobacco or Cannabis) are not allowed in rooms, on decks, lanais or patio.

Late Check-Out Policy: $25.00. Charged every half hour after check-out time of 11:00am.
