Limited Parking: When making your travel plans please be aware there is a limited number of onsite parking spaces on a first come, first serve basis. Street parking is 90-minute monitored from 8 am - 6 pm Monday to Friday with no time restrictions on weekends. Should you park on the street, please be aware of the time to avoid receiving a parking ticket as tickets incurred are not the responsibility of the resort.
To avoid parking limitations, we encourage you to make your vacation car free. Victoria is a bike friendly city and the Rosewood is located on a cycling network of bike lanes. The resort is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and tourist attractions.

After-Hours Check-in: If checking in after 8:00pm, please call 1.250.384.6644 to arrange after hours entry. An afterhours number is posted at the front door should you not be able to arrange your late arrival beforehand.
Coffee: Complimentary coffee and freshly baked muffins are in the lobby from 8:15 am - 12pm daily, as well as a selection of teas. Keurig coffee makers have been placed in each unit. Additional pods can be purchased from the front desk for $1 per pod.
Parking: Limited parking is available for one vehicle per unit during your stay, on a first come first serve basis.
Amenities: Rosewood Inn is not air conditioned and has no elevator. With the exception of the Hotel Room Ground Floor, units are all accessed by stairs. Each room is equipped with a mini-fridge. The Lobby has a microwave, toaster, with dishes, kettles, drip coffee makers, games and DVD’s available on loan.
Bike Storage: Due to space limitation, there is no indoor bike storage onsite. Units cannot accommodate bicycles. There is an outdoor bike rack that can be used with your personal locks, and at your own risk.
Electric Vehicle Charging Stations: Our property does not have charging stations for electric vehicles available. Owners can use the link below to help search for the nearest charging station:

Important Information:
Breakfast & Afternoon Tea: This has been discontinued as of 03/2020. We are no longer charging the additional mandatory fee upon check in. Complimentary Coffee, Tea and homemade muffins are available in the lounge daily.
- Fees/Taxes
Fines: The following fines will be assessed for non-compliance.
Over-occupancy policy: $50.00 per person, per night. Occupancy limits apply to all ages including infants.
No pet policy: $350.00. Pets are not allowed at VI Resorts.
No smoking policy: $350.00. Smoking is not allowed in rooms, decks, patios, or parking lot
Late check-out policy: $25.00. Charged every half hour after check-out time of 11:00am.
Fees:
Additional Key Card Bracelets: $1 each
Additional Keurig Coffee Pods: $1 each or Free drip coffee in the lobby from 8:15-12pm
After-hours lockout fee: $35.00
After-hours safe lockout fee: $200.00
Parking-Free on a first come, first serve basis. Some vehicles will need to park on the street when the resort is full. 1 vehicle per unit only.

Internet-Free
Mid-stay cleans (no fee) only occur for stays of more than 9 nights. Additional maid service requested will be charged the following based on unit size: Hotel Rm, Hotel Rm Ground, Hotel Rm 4-Occ - $65.00, OR Hotel Deluxe, Hotel 2 Rm, 1 bedroom- $75.00
Towel exchanges only – no charge
Sheet exchanges (we provide a clean sheet package but do not make the beds) - $10.00
Onsite charges at VI Managed resorts in Canada: All payments taken at VI managed resorts in Canada (Clock Tower, Rosewood, Royal Victoria Suites, and Pinnacle Lodge), are processed in Canadian currency. These charges include applicable taxes and incidentals (including food and beverage fees at Rosewood and Pinnacle Lodge).

Taxes: All reservations made for travel to VI Resorts in Canada will be charged Canada’s (PST/GST) tax. Taxes for reservations to non-VI managed resorts, including VI at Rosedale on Robson, will be added to members account and billed after travel.
