Resort Info

Check in days are Saturday and Wednesday only.

Minimum stay and check-in requirements:
3-night stay: Wednesday - Saturday
4-night stay: Saturday - Wednesday
7-night stay: Saturday – Saturday

WIFI is available in the units with no fee.

No telephones are in units, there is a telephone in the resort office.

Some one-bedroom units have a ladder style stairway to the loft.

After Hours check-in: Please call before the office closure if you are arriving after 5pm.

VI owns limited weeks at St Ives from January through March and October through November. 

Multiple unit locations:  VI units are not grouped together in this resort, so multiple unit reservations are not likely to be near each other.

Third-party Management:  This resort location is managed by a third party, not VI.

Fees/Taxes

Taxes:  All reservations made for travel to VI Resorts in Canada will be charged Canada’s (PST/GST) tax.  Taxes for reservations to non-VI managed resorts, including VI at Rosedale on Robson, will be added to members account and billed after travel.

$25.00 key replacement fee

Snow shoes, kayaks, pedal boats, paddle boards, fishing package rental-$15.00 per person

Buoy rental- $55.00 per week

Pets are allowed at the resort for a fee of $75.00 per week.

Smoking is not allowed in rooms, decks, lanais or patios. A fee of $200.00 will be assessed for non-compliance.

Occupancy limits apply to all ages including infants. A fee of $100.00 per Adult and $50.00 per child, per night will be assessed for non-compliance.
