Scheduled Power Outage:
Marina Inn management has informed us that San Diego Gas and Electric is scheduled to replace a power pole on December 19, 2024 in the Marina. The power is expected to be out from 10pm and be restored approximately 8 hours later, or sooner. Additional information will be posted as we receive it.
Check-in Time: Due to staffing issues and high occupancy, we have experienced delays with making units available by 4pm on days with a high check-in volume. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Parking onsite is subject to a parking fee of $12.00 per night including tax. The fee is collected upon check-in by the resort staff. One (1) parking spot is assigned for each unit. Failure to register with the front desk and/or failure to display a valid parking permit (received during check-in) will result in your vehicle being towed at your expense.
Free and additional parking (Parking Lot 3) located about 1/3 mile away is available. Vehicles parked in Parking Lot 3 cannot stay in the same parking spot for more than 72 hours.

Unit Access: Due to the age and the structure of the building the units are not accessible for guests with mobility issues. All units are accessed by exterior stairs.
Check-in Requirement: One guest in the party checking-in must be 21 years of age or older.
Air Conditioning: Units do not have air conditioning but are equipped with ceiling fans.
Unit Amenities: All units are equipped with a full kitchen, iron and ironing board, hairdryers, TV, telephone, patio or balcony, and a starter set of coffee.
Emotional Support Animals are not allowed at this resort. Only Service Animals are allowed.
Internet access is available in each condominium and no passcode required.
Views: Ocean views are available in the two-bedroom unit only. Other units do not have views.

Pets are not allowed at VI Resorts. A fee of $350.00 will be assessed for non-compliance with eviction.
Smoking is not allowed in rooms, decks, lanais or patios. A fee of $350.00 will be assessed for non-compliance with eviction.
Occupancy limits apply to all ages including infants. A fee of $100.00 per person, per night will be assessed for non-compliance.
Check-out is at 11 am. Late check-out fee varies $50.00 - $100.00 depending on time of departure.
