Around the Resort:
- Annual turf overseeding process is scheduled to begin Thursday, November 7th 2024. The landscape company will begin the process of cutting the turfgrass to ground level causing a dry, brown appearance. Afterwards, new seed will be applied and irrigation will be increased significantly to promote germination. This schedule is subject to change.
- Tennis Courts: Up to two tennis courts are scheduled to be closed to update lighting and repair fences beginning November 11, 2024 for approximately two weeks. Work is being done mid-week and they will be available for play on weekends. The two new pickleball courts will not be closed and there will always be at least one tennis court available for play. The schedule is subject to weather conditions.
- Pools: We will be making upgrades to pool fences and gates over the next 30-days. Only one pool at a time will be closed for up to two-days. You may enjoy the other seven pools during this time.
Pool #4 is scheduled to have the rear portion of the fence replaced on Thursday, November 21, 2024. The pool will remain open during this time.
- Annual trimming of the canopy trees is scheduled to begin 11/21/2024. During the same time period, we will be removing trees that have been identified to be causing damage to sidewalks and driveways from their root systems. This process will take about 10-days and will be loud at times.
- Pool 4, nearest to the clubhouse, will be closed for renovation beginning June 1, 2025 for approximately six weeks.
