Pennsylvania Building Repairs:
The Pennsylvania Home Owners Association has authorized work to be done on the east facing deck supports from December 2 through December 6, 2024.
We do anticipate construction noise and, at short intervals, limited access to some unit front doors (there will be communication prior to these limited access intervals). The construction schedule is limited to the hours of 9:00AM – 6:00PM. As with most construction projects, the schedule is subject to change.

Road Conditions: Due to unpredictable weather patterns or road closures, check the road conditions before choosing your itinerary by logging on www.wsdot.wa.gov.
EV Charging at Beachcomber:
4- Level 2 Chargers are located on the west side of the parking lot adjacant to the building.

Check-in location: Please note that all Point Brown reservations check-in at the Beachcomber Resort, 813 Ocean Shores Blvd. NW, Ocean Shores, WA 98569 (Phone: (360) 289-2710). The check-in office may be closed for lunch every day for 1 hour.
EZ Access Unit: If you have specific accommodation needs due to mobility or accessibility, please contact your Owner Services representative at 1.800.444.6633 to discuss your options. Due to the age and the structure of the building some units are not accessible for guests with mobility issues.
Access: There are stairs throughout the property.
- New York - There are ramps leading to the building and there is an elevator.
- Atlantic, Pennsylvania, St. James - There are no ramps or elevators.
EZ Access Units located in New York Building offers roll-in showers, wider bathroom doors wheelchair accessible kitchen sinks & lowered kitchen countertops. Range control knobs are located at the front of appliance for reachability.
Internet access is available in each condominium, lobby and great room.
Atlantic and St James buildings: The individual unit garages are designed for smaller passenger vehicles, larger vehicles (pickups/full size SUVs) may not fit, and will need to park in outdoor parking areas.

Ocean Shores Community Club (pools, fitness center, etc.) is open. Club rules MUST be followed while using club facilities. Phone the club at (360) 289-2433 or visit their website: https://oceanshorescc.com/
- Fees/Taxes
Fines: The following fines will be assessed for non-compliance.
Over-occupancy policy: $50.00 per person, per night. Occupancy limits apply to all ages including infants.
No pet policy: $350.00. Pets are not allowed at VI Resorts.
No smoking policy: $350.00. Smoking and vaping (tobacco or Cannabis) are not allowed in rooms, on decks, lanais or patio.
Late check-out policy: $25.00. Charged every half hour after check-out time of 11:00am.
After Hours Lockout $25.00 fee
Lost or Damaged Garage Door Remote $100 fee
Room Key Replacement $2.00 fee
Lost or Damaged Pool Towel $25.00 fee
Accommodations/Lodging Tax: As required by state and local regulations, this nightly tax rate is based on condominium size and season and charged at the current rate upon arrival.
