Road conditions:
Directions: Please DO NOT use your GPS to guide you to the Tahoe Trail property, as it will take you to the wrong location. Please follow the directions and map that is provided with your check-in paperwork.
Winter Weather: We recommend chains, windshield scraper and shovel. If renting a vehicle for your stay, we recommend a four-wheel drive. Snow accumulation can vary from one inch to four feet during a storm.
Airport Shuttle: Shuttle service is available from the Reno Airport via the South Tahoe Express to the Casino area. Rates and schedules can be found at www.southtahoeexpress.com or call toll free 1.866.89.Tahoe (82463).
Transportation: Public transportation does not cover most of the Lake Tahoe area and taxi service is expensive. There is a shuttle to/from the downtown casinos which stops hourly from 7am to 6:30 pm for a fee. After Hours: Instructions will be posted at the Kingsbury Resort check-in office for those guests arriving after office hours.
Directions:
- From Hwy. 207 (Kingsbury Grade) turn into Tramway Drive.
- Follow for approximately 1 mile.
- Turn left on the next street after Olympic, onto Snowdown Lane which is the parking lot for Kingsbury of Tahoe.
Pool and Hot tub: The community pool is closing for the season on September 26th. The Spa remains open year-round 10AM to 8PM. This will be strictly enforced by the Tahoe Village Homeowner Association and local law enforcement.

Community Pool:
Tahoe Village swimming pool will be closing for the season on Monay September 23rd. The Spa will remain open from 10AM to 8PM. Hours of operation are strictly enforced by the HOA and local law enforcement.
Guests at Tahoe Trail may use all ammenities at Kingsbury of Tahoe
- Fees/Taxes
Fines: The following fines will be assessed for non-compliance.
Over-occupancy policy: $50.00 per person, per night. Occupancy limits apply to all ages including infants.
No pet policy: $350.00. Pets are not allowed at VI Resorts.
No smoking policy: $350.00. Smoking and vaping (tobacco or Cannabis) are not allowed in rooms, on decks, lanais or patio.
Accommodations/Lodging Tax: As required by state and local regulations, this nightly tax rate is based on condominium size and season and charged at the current rate upon arrival.
Late Checkout: A fee of $25.00 is charged for every half hour after check-out time of 11:00am.
After Hours Lockout Fee: $50.00
Extra Cleaning: 1bd $100, 2bd $125. Remove all trash from unit. Load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes.
