General Information: The Windjammer resort is boutique style property. All of our rooms are apartment style units and each room is unique. The unit’s interior may be smaller than what you are used to at other VI properties. One bedroom units are 425 sq ft and studios are 280 sq. ft.
This 33-room oceanfront resort has 2 buildings which are side by side and perpendicular to the Ocean. All but 4 units have side views of the ocean from the living room window.
Minimum stay and check-in requirements:
3-night stay: Wednesday - Saturday
4-night stay: Saturday - Wednesday
7-night stay: Saturday - SaturdayEmotional Support Animals are not allowed at this resort. Only Service Animals are allowed.
This resort does have an Elevator, but some units can only be accessed by stairs. If stairs are difficult please note that with your reservation agent.
The one-bedroom townhouses and two-bedrooms are compact, occupy two (2) floors and contain a small interior residential elevator. Due to the separation between floors, these units are not suitable if traveling with children under 14.
Laundry is onsite, not in condominiums.
Kitchen has stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, 20 cu ft fridge/freezer and coffeemaker, but no oven.
Smoking only allowed in designated smoking areas (west side of the property). No smoking in rooms, decks, or patios. Violators will be fined.
After Hours check-in: If you check-in after regular office hours, 6:00 pm, please call the resort in advance for your room assignment and instructions. For late arrivals, you MUST notify the resort before your arrival day.
VI owns limited weeks at Windjammer in April through May, July through August and October through November.
Multiple unit locations: VI units are not grouped together in this resort, so multiple unit reservations are not likely to be near each other.
Third-party Management: This resort location is managed by a third party, not VI.

Fines: The following fines will be assessed for non-compliance.
Over-occupancy Policy: $50.00 per person, per night. Occupancy limits apply to all ages including infants.
No Pet Policy: $350.00. Pets are not allowed at VI Resorts.
No Smoking Policy: $350.00. Smoking and vaping (tobacco or Cannabis) are not allowed in rooms, on decks, lanais or patio.
Late Check-Out Policy: $25.00. Charged every half hour after check-out time of 11:00am.
Fees
Accommodations/Lodging Tax: As required by state and local regulations, this nightly tax rate is based on condominium size and season and charged at the current rate upon arrival.
